ABBOTTABAD CAMPUS
The Chancellor, NWFP University of Engineering and
Technology, Peshawar inaugurated Abbottabad Campus in October, 2002, in
old premises of Ayub Medical College. The city of Abbottabad gained fame
as being the city of schools and colleges. Due to a pleasant climate,
people from all parts of country prefer to send their children to study
in reputed educational institutions of Abbottabad, like Army Burn Hall,
Abbottabad Public School, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology
etc. BANNU CAMPUS Bannu Campus became operational in May 2002, in the premises of Comprehensive High School at on D.I.Khan Road. The Campus is spread over an area of 120 kanals. This campus was established to increase access to professional education in two disciplines of engineering for the people of southern N.W.F.P. It equips students with knowledge and skills that will enable them to thrive in the fast evolving technologies and to provide relevant training opportunities to those who choose to adopt a career in the field of electrical and civil engineering. In the last three years great strides have been made towards uplift of academic standards and provision of facilities. MARDAN CAMPUSES
As a result of our growth in the last few years,
students were offered an option to get admission in other regions of
NWFP. Mardan Campus was inaugurated in 2002 with a spirit to bring
engineering education to people at their door steps. The campus is
spread over an area of more than 22 acres, including a covered area of
190,000 sq .ft., consisting of an administration block, academic blocks,
recreation center, students and faculty housing.
